Global Importer FAQs

Answers to technical questions regarding Reefer MOQs, certifications, and private label OEM designs.

Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for frozen containerized sea freight is 1 Reefer Container (approximately 10-12 Metric Tons for a 20ft container or 22-25 Metric Tons for a 40ft container). For premium specialty air cargo such as live/chilled lobsters or specialty dried seafood, we accept smaller trial consignments starting at 100 kg.

Every reefer container is pre-chilled to -18°C or colder before loading. We install dual electronic temperature loggers inside each shipment which track ambient conditions at 10-minute intervals. These logs are compiled and sent directly to your clearing agents on arrival.

Yes, our processing plant facilities hold GACC registration (China), FDA approvals (USA), Halal Certifications, and are fully approved by the Export Inspection Agency (EIA) of India and registered with MPEDA. We comply with all foreign buyer safety standards.

Absolutely. We support custom glazing levels from 0% to 20% depending on your destination rules. We also offer comprehensive OEM private labeling services, printing custom-designed boxes, wax-coated inner blocks, or stand-up zipper pouches in Chinese, Arabic, French, Korean, and Spanish. For standard block-frozen species in our inventory, we can pack and load a container in 10-14 days. Custom retail packaging, customized glazing, or rare wild-caught finfish lines may require a lead time of 21-30 days to harvest, pack, and clear local inspection boards.
